Visiting Rules

Welcome to the Museum of Moroccan Elegance. To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below during your visit.

1.  Opening Hours

  • The museum is open every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Last entry: 6:00 PM.

    2. Ticketing

    • Each visitor must have a valid ticket to access the museum.
    • Tickets are only valid for the date and time slot reserved.

      3. Behavior in the Museum

      • Visitors are asked to maintain silence in the exhibition areas.
      • Any form of inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.
      • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

        4. Photography and recordings

        • Photography is allowed without flash in most areas of the museum.
        • Photography for commercial or professional purposes requires prior written permission.
        • Tripods, selfie sticks, and similar equipment are not permitted inside the museum.

        5. Collection Preservation

        • Please do not touch the displayed objects, unless otherwise indicated.
        • Respect the safety distances marked around the exhibitions.

          6. Personal Items

          • Large bags, umbrellas, and other bulky items must be left in the designated areas at the museum entrance.
          • The museum is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items.

            7. Food and Beverages

            • Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition areas.
            • You may enjoy a drink or light meal on our panoramic terrace.

              8. Accessibility

              The museum strives to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility. Please refer to our Accessibility section for more information.

              9. Security

              Visitors must follow the instructions of the staff in case of an emergency or unusual situation.
              Pets, except for guide dogs, are not allowed in the museum.

              10. Intellectual Property


              Photos and videos taken in the museum may not be used for commercial purposes without the museum’s written consent.
              All content in the museum, including exhibitions and digital materials, is protected by copyright.
